  • Dad saw my third tooth peeking out (looking at me, top right of the top two)
  • I'm easily crusing around furniture and excited about exploring the world
  • I'm able to hold my own bottle confidently now (I think I look so cool, especially when I hold it one-handed with my palm pressed flat against the bottom)
  • Also, I've learned my first parlour tricks the last several weeks.  Right around December 16, Meilan A-yi taught me "dancing" (said with a British Chinese accent in just a way that I would only slide my shoulders side to side if Meilan A-yi said it).
  • Mom and Dad still can't get me to do it consistently but my reliable parlour tricks now are 你好 "ni-hao" (waving my hand hello) and高五"gao-wu" (high-five)
  • Mama is especially amazed by how I go to sleep in the crib.  I'm still not one of those sleep wonderfully through the night for several hours kind of kids (like Jared and Elizabeth).  However, they put me in the crib and either I chat for a few minutes and fall asleep or I cry for about 30 seconds then fall asleep.  Wow.
