We had a wonderful Thanksgiving
with delicious food made and brought by our huge extended Seattle "family"
of 12 adults and 7 kids.
I had my first candied yams (made
by Jennifer A-Yi).Boy, did I
scarf those down.It'll be a
while before I'm ever content with baby food again.
I also had some mashed potatoes
(Tina A-Yi) and some tofu (Mei-Lan A-yi).
Dad made the turkey, stuffing and
gravy and Mom made two different kids of cranberry relish but I didn't
have the good fortune to try any of that quite yet.
