My first step was this past Friday!
Daddy and
Mommy were both in the home office, daddy at the computer, mommy watching
Julia. Julia was standing for a few secs on her own as she has done a lot
lately. Then she took one step with her left foot towards mommy!
Wow!!!!! Cool that we were both there. Daddy didn't see it
but he got to experience the excitement of mommy yelling from just six fee
away, "Julia took her first step!!!" which has got to be the next
best thing to seeing it!
My favorite
person in the world right now is Daddy (Mommy thinks I’m a traitor . . . whose
the one who feeds me, who puts my clothes on me, sits me on the potty and does
all the other unglamorous work!?).
My favorite toy in the world are balls! I throw them to my friends and eagerly wait to catch them when they are thrown back! CDs and CD cases are a close second behind balls.
